I was generally happy with my brake-job experience from estimate to completion and I believe that R&M is a company w integrity. That said however, one of the lug-nuts from the rear right tire fell off of the tire; I found it in the street in front of my driveway. Needless to say my daughter could have been injured in a serious accident that could have resulted and I am concerned that one of the new Michelin Tires may have been damaged by this error. I notified Chris as soon as I became aware of the problem.
Would highly recommend the staff at R&M Automotive Center to service your vehicle.
